FSA High School Model UN Team received 'Award of Merit' in Southern United States Model United Nations (SUSMUN) debate competition which was held at Emory University last weekend. Also, Jackson Morgan received 'Best Delegate' award within his committee. Congratulations to Jackson Morgan, Alex Levine, Narayana Duggirala, Jason Kohn, Mohammad Bingahlan, Sana Khalid, Abdallah Hajaj and their coach Mrs. Morgan!

  What is SUSMUN?

This year SUSMUN was be held in Atlanta, Georgia from November 12-14 on the Emory University Campus. SUSMUN builds on the successful design of sister conferences held annually in New York (NHSMUN) and Salt Lake City (RHSMUN) by focusing on providing dynamic educational training that exceeds what is typified in most global issues educational experiences. SUSMUN targets a wide spectrum of students and schools – and offers unique and cutting edge program unavailable anywhere else. SUSMUN also builds on the strong organizational foundations of IMUNA to provide a professional and engaging conference, creating an atmosphere most conducive to learning.
